Hey guys, so I just finished a B16a2 swap into my 99 automatic sedan and I've found myself in the good ol' B series swap wont start group.

The car is a 99 Ek sedan that got stolen a few months back, They managed to do a bit of work to the front left corner, wrecked the steering column and blew the trans and suspension. GOOD NEWS! I had a b16a2 engine, hydro trans, and harness sitting around. I tossed it all in and finally got to turn the key today. I currently have the obd2a b16 harness running inside to an obd1 conversion harness and p06 ecu. I just finished converting it to a p28 clone with the vtec goodies, as well as the auto to manual conversion and chip socket. I'm still waiting for the chip to arrive so I'm curious If it would even be able to run without a chip in it?

My issues is when I turn the key she turns over but I am NOT getting any fuel as I turn the key to the run position I hear a relay cycle (under the hood I believe) but I'm getting no fuel (Fuel pump not priming) and possibly no spark (I gotta wait for a buddy to come over so we can see if shes getting any)
I've upgraded the engine to chassis ground, ensured the ground to the T-stat housing is In good shape, and the grounds from the harness next to the ecu is clean and tight and checked all fuses under the drivers side dash, and in the engine bay.

I'm worried that the steering column I replaced is a turd but all connectors are plugged in and everything else is working such as radio, gauge cluster has some life in it (No check engine light comes on during boot up and trying to start but I'm assuming that's the obd1 conversion doing its thing?) and the alarm still works (Ask me how I know ).

I guess my next step is to see if the fuel pump relay works but I'm assuming there is something else at play since It fired right up once it was recovered by police. Anyone have any ideas / input or have a wiring diagram for the circuit to the main relay handy?

You can buy a Hayness manual online or auto store, which will have the electronic diagrams you need.
