04 Civic LX - Keyless entry broken?

Hi there! First thread here. I bought a 04 Civic LX Coupe back in may and I love it! Only thing that I missed when I was checking it out (It was at a dealership) was I didn't notice that the key less entry doesn't work. I have just been locking my car with the actual key. The fob(s) work (I have three for some reason, one of them after market) and they all have fresh batteries. The lights flash on the car but it doesn't lock or unlock. Also noticed that on the actual lock/unlock indicator (Whatever that thing is called that goes up and down) sometimes it doesn't want to move. I never messed with it though and have no problems locking or unlocking with the electronic switch on the inside or the actual key. Anyone have any ideas?

Probably the driver's actuator is bad, check that the wiring harness is still good
