06 Civic; PLEASE HELP ASAP!

A month or so ago my ignition lock went bad,so i bought a new one(&keys) & had it programed to the car. When that happened my old key was only good for unlocking my door, Then as of 2days ago my door lock stopped working aswell(key will go in,but WONT TURN), So fast forward to right now; im out of town (400 miles from home) for work this week, i accidentally set the alarm off, i immediately unhooked the battery to temporarily STOP IT, now.. I dont know what 2do next..just to get home (380 miles!) - how can i unhook the alarm & still have brake lights?

ANY useful advice will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

THANKS Billy.
