2007 Honda Civic ex

Please help!! Any advice or help is appreciated. 2 months ago I got into a rear end accident. My entire bumper, headlights, radiator and condenser all needed to be replaced. After getting all of this work done on my car, I notice a couple weeks later my keys continuously gets stuck in my ignition when I turn the car off. I’ve driven the car for 2 years and never had this issue until the accident. I’ve taken it to 3 different shops and no one can seem to figure out what is causing this to happen. The entire ignition switch was replaced and 2 brand new keys were programmed to the car. The entire shifter was taken apart, and I was told it looks fine. Yet I am still stuck with this issue of it constantly getting stuck. I’ve tried countless things from jiggling the steering wheel this and that. I am so lost on what to do!

Does the key still in accessory (1) when this happens?

My guess would be the park pin switch is faulty. It is a switch near the shifter that closes when in park. If the shifter is not in park (switch would be open) you cannot turn the ignition off (0), therefore you cannot remove the key. If the switch were on it's way out you would be unable to remove the key even if the shifter is in park.
