Honda Civic 2007 problem need help

Honda Civic 2007 problem need help
Hi,
My car VIN is JHMFD46207S200606
Engin is : R16A
It stopped in running, towed to the garaz. Still not starting. When i turn ignition key. There is no gear indicator in the dashboard. checked all the fuses, found some blown, replace but still no fear indicator and not starting. it cranks but do not start. I do not have too much facility here, no HDS, No qualified technician even no Honda dealer. The car is not very common here.
I have downloaded the workshop manual from net. From my limited knowledge i suspect this is the issue of electrical. And i want to diagnosis by myself (as i dont have any other option) with your help.
Can anyone please tell me from where i will start.............
