honda 93 cranks but wont start

i have already changed the fuel pump spark plugs and wires are working what else could it be

That stuff can be tested first before replacing parts. Always test first. Anyway, any CEL codes? Getting spark to plugs?
Try starting with gas pedal to floor (WOT) ...may be flooded?

empty fuel tank? did you add more than a gallon or two after you changed the fuel pump? could be a bad ECU. failed distributor. blown fuse. disconnected ground. broken or misaligned timing belt. kind of a vague post. what are you hoping for here? any back story on this? died out at a light? bought it non-running? put it in reverse going 60mph on the highway?

recommend you rewrite your post and include all info that may be relevant to your issue, including why you replaced the things you did. so far all we really know is it seems like you enjoy wasting money on parts.
