I bought a civic yesterday and the engine seized because of low oil (I know I know careless/rookie mistake). I wanted to know if I should buy a engine from a part out and swap it or should I sell it as is. Is a swap hard? Whats the best way for prepare for the swap? Any good guides or videos? I found a D17ax on offerup for $150 and am wondering if its worth the swap. Do all D17xx mate with any transmission that is already mated with a D17xx? What do you guys think? Thanks for the input!
