Considering K20 swap in future...

Originally, I was planning to sell my civic and get another car (Lancer Evo). However, my Civic got Pwned so many times (major accident, blown engine etc...) that I don't think nobody would want to buy my car anymore.

Therefore, the possibility of an engine swap has dawned on me again.

For starters, what is the legality of this particular engine swap? Of course I want my car to be a street-legal, everyday driver. My guess is that only the USDM RSX-S that is 2003 or newer would fit into my profile.

Also what is the estimated cost, including labor. 10k? Any more than that and maybe buying a used RSX-S would be more practical.

Please give me some advice and info, especially those of you who have already done the swap.
