So you tested the actuator by disconnecting the connector and giving the actuator power and ground? Did you check if the wiring harness had power and ground?
I would guess that the wires in the door harness are broken, I had to fix this on my gold 05

We see those actuators all the time that “sound” like they are working but don’t have the uuomph to actually work, as well as partially broken door sub harnesses that simply don’t let enough current through to provide the needed uuomph.
Do you really need it working?

I had an 04 with the left side not working, it was the actuator. I'd buy one and try it just in case. If it's not the problem, pack it up and send it back to amazon. They're the walmart of the internet.
Thank you for reply. I took out ate actuator from LR which is not working and replace it to RR side od the door and it worked fine. So i think it must be wiring or relay. Does any one has schematic. Or if same tell me what are the parts come in between battery and actuator?

I had to fix the broken wires in the rubber conduit in the door jam to fix this issue. Common problem over time. Flexing brittle wires over time breaks them.
I had too take mine all the way out and put a lil clip back in place so that it would lock and unlock again. I thought it was my actuator to.
