I have a manual 2001 Civic EX 4 door. The driver’s door lock will only lock/unlock with the key, and passenger doors’ will only lock/unlock by manually pulling/pushing the locks. Using the switch to lock/unlock the doors will make a beep sound and flash the parking lights but the locks will do nothing. Also, when I put the ignition key in ON position or start the car, I turn on my left turn signal and it won’t blink, plus will make a weird noise. Right works fine. After driving for a few seconds, both turn signals die along with the power windows. I looked it up and found a post from this forum about a similar issue and it said the Multiplex Controller was the cause. I just got another one from the junkyard and it didn’t fix the problem. It started happening after replacing the under the hood fuse box (and yes, everything is plugged in just like it was in the old one). So, anyone has an idea what the heck is going on with my car??

No, I don't have keyless entry.

Also, after further inspection today I found out that the buzzing noise when turning on left turn signal was coming from the flasher relay. I bought a new one from Autozone but it didn't fix the issue. And I also noticed that both turn signals and power windows actually die after turning my headlights on, not after driving a few seconds like I thought before.
