'02 lx 1.7l Shuts down when driving on freeway

'02 lx 1.7l Shuts down when driving on freeway
I need some help with a mystery. While driving at freeway speed for about 20-30 minutes, my car will shut off. No warning lights in console, but radio and headlights will still work.
It will restart immediately after I stop the car, put in in park, and switch it off. I already replaced the ignition switch, with no change in result. It also seems to only shut down when at freeway speeds, not surface roads, as I drove it for over an hour last night with no shut-downs.
It has a 3rd party alarm by Cliford. Does that make a difference.
