JDM motor - OEM replacement A/C kit
JDM motor - OEM replacement A/C kit
I recently swapped in an '02 JDM base model RSX motor after blowing up my original in my '03 SI.
Everything seems to run fine except the A/C compressor being seized. Right now I have a bypass belt on there, but this muggy summer is no time for no A/C in Los Angeles...
I ordered this today: http://www.buyautoparts.com/buynow/2...tml?xref=22319
But it just occurred to me that the JDM motor might require a different part.
Can anyone tell me if this is compatible? Do I need to cancel my order?
Oh also the shifter is spongy, it doesn't grind if you try to push it into gear w/o engaging the clutch and I can't get it into 5th. I think the shifter linkage might just be misaligned, but any ideas about that would be well received also.
