Update: Now im losing oil.. a half a quart every 200 miles.. There is no visible leaks, no smoke, No oil in the coolant. the Car seems to be slightly down on power but i cant confirm it. ITs still running good. What should be my first step? a Leakdown test? Im devastated.

Just how hot did it get?
Collapsed rings?
Compression test...even though I know that cannot evaluate oil control rings, but it's a starting point.
EDIt: Oh, and...um...head gasket is blown.
Maybe needs a fan switch too.

Using proper viscosity oil? 0W20 is Honda-endorsed, but in a worn motor or one with a stuck ring or two, it'll may get spit out a bit faster than the 5W20.
