I have a 4 door 2005 Honda Civic LX. The door lock on the passenger front won't lock/unlock using the FOB or the drivers side door lock button. It will only lock/unlock manually locking/unlocking by hand. The lock vibrates when using the fob and drivers side lock button but won't go up or down. Is this the lock actuator? Are there instructions on gaining access as well as detailed instructions on how to replace? Thanks!

remove the door panel, test for voltage at the lock actuator connector, and ground

Be careful with the three screws on the end of the door they are really easy to strip. (8th picture in the guide) I got a large #2 automotive screwdriver from lowes that worked great on the 2 that I didn't destroy. Ended up going to pull a part to replace the one I stripped.

Edit:
Didin't notice but that guide replaces the whole lock assembly. You can just replace the actuator which is the black part on the bottom and then reinstall the whole assembly.
