Another seat rock fix thread, my experience...
I fixed my rocking driver's seat today. It was an easy job. I found out that I bought too many parts though. The bulletin I was using showed three bolts to put the new bushings on, but my 05 sedan only needed two bushings on either side. I got the parts from Majestic Honda.
Here is the old vs new bushings. You can see that the old ones, which were on the rear part of the seat, were worn right through. The old front bushings were not as bad.

I also noticed the recommended replacement nuts had a washer attached. The old nuts were just regular nuts.

Here is my seat. There are only two bolts per side that needed bushings.

I torqued the new nuts down and installed the seat. The rock is definitely better, but it still rocks just a little.
Hope this provides some info to anyone wanting to fix their seats.
