Missing part inside trunk under lining....

Missing part inside trunk under lining....
I have a 2001 civic LX and if you lookinto the trunk without the lining in it to the left there is an oval hole with a part missing. My trunk is filling with water and I cannot seem to find anywhere online to locate what the piece is. Can anyone help me out?

Post a pic plz.
Keep in mind: Someone may have knocked the plug out to DRAIN the water, and it is coming in from elsewhere.

sounds like it's missing the trunk vent.. don't quite know the part number for it though.
