Timing Belt issues

Hey ppl, I'm new to this whole forum thing, but I think this the best way to get helpful info about my car aka Barbra haha... Anyway I have 2004 Honda Civic Coupe, and I just crossed the 100k mark and starting to get a little worried about my timing belt. I got my car used so I don't know if the belt was placed before I got the car. I was just wondering if any 1 has any useful info about the '04 timing belt's. I just don't want to act on the issues to late and then have it creating a bigger problem

Thank you,

Mr. Clash

Re: Timing Belt issues

Have a mechanic inspect the condition of the belt, if it needs to be replaced read the DIY on the site and change it.

Re: Timing Belt issues

Probably wasn't replaced because the maintenance schedule says to change it at 100k
