Code 61 ignition voltage

Code 61 ignition voltage
Just pulled a code 61 "ignition voltage" code from my 2001 civic si. ABS light has been coming on now intermittently and also my SRS light (coincidence?). I have installed a new battery to rule that out. Any ideas where to start? Thanks in advance for any help.

Please only create one thread.
The srs light should be unrelated, but clear it or pull the codes asap, because if it's on the airbags will not deploy in an accident.
