Smile Cat Change corrosion issues

Hey I found how to change my cat and its just changing bolts and fitting the pieces but what do I do when the bolts behind the Cat are all corroded/rusted. any opinions would help

Alot of wd40 I guess. But I changed mines not to long ago and they where the same and eventually broke. Had to buy new one from local auto zone.

If penetrating oil and a hammer won't do it then your gonna have to cut them off. Bolts are special. You need bolts, springs, and gaskets. You can order them here: http://www.hondapartscheap.com/southbay/jsp/home.jsp Look under your model then under "exhaust pipe".

he's got an EX, so they're just regular bolts and nuts sitting behind the cat.

I forgot what size, but I'm rocking the grade 10.9 **** they have at autozone holding my downpipe and midpipe together.

As long as they're long enough to penetrate through the 2 flanges and the nut, you'll be fine. That, and the diameter seems fitting for the exhaust.

M10x1.25 sounds like what I used also.
