Wheel Shake Problem

Hello,
I haven't posted on here in a maybe a year but I'm having a small problem with the civic. It's a 2001 5spd EX (see list of related mods below). I re-installed my ingalls td yesterday and now I'm having an intermitten wheel shake at speeds above 55 or so. It seems to happen completely randomly, at some points, its smooth as butter, and then 2 seconds later without changing speed or anything, the wheel starts to shake back and forth. This just started after working on the car, the only thing I really did though, was take the front wheels off (not rotate) and reinstall them as well as remove the strut tower nuts to install the td.

I'm open to any suggestions on what to look out to figure this out. I've checked the tightness of all the lugnuts and strut mount and everything is within spec. The fact that the shake comes and goes is confusing me. It's also not brake related. Let me know what you guys think, i'll be working on it tomorrow morning, Thanks.

(Mods that could influence this?)
Eibach sportlines w/ tokico blues
DC strut bar
Ingals TD
Progress Rear Sway
Tenzo RS-5 17" rims with new BFG's

See attached pics of car

Re: Wheel Shake Problem

Correct me if I am wrong. You re-installed your own camber kit, and have begun to drive without an alignment?

Re: Wheel Shake Problem

of course that is assuming that your tires are balanced and the alignment is good also
