I just purchased a new HP cold air intake about a month ago for my 2k1 civic LX. It was 140 dollars and was an easy install.........but. The way the design is, the air filter is put directly behind the radiator fan. The heat in that specific area (when the car is running) is pretty hot which seems to defeat the purpose of having a "cold air intake"TextNew HP cold air intake. So I took the "cold air extension" off and Im running off of somewhat cooler RAM air. Other than that the intake is great
