Turn signal noise whenever the wipers are on
I keep on hearing the turn signal noise every time the wipers go on. It would make the noise at the same time the wipers start to wipe. Anyone know what the problem could be? My wipers are working fine, just the sound of the turn signal noise makes me wonder sometime could go wrong... I have a 2003 civic ex btw.

Only while wipers set to delay ??
I think you may be hearing the relay click for the intermittent wipers.
There are 2 clicks close together when set to delay when the wipers cycle starts.
