Help, Truck Release Does not work.
Re: Help, Truck Release Does not work.
This sounds like a really simple fix.....
1. Put key in lock by driver's seat, turn back and forth a bunch of times.
2. Open trunk from outside, shut trunk again.
3. Repeat step 1.
4. Open trunk and leave open.
5. Repeat step 1.
6. Inspect locking mechanism on trunk.
7. Repeat step 1.
You should have it fixed in 10 minutes.

Re: Help, Truck Release Does not work.
although i even gave the kid a rough time with the trunk deal, give him some room to breath guys!
i have a few friends that are sooooo car-illiterate that they dont even know
how to remove the ashtray from their car! lawls!!
peeps ask Q's for a reason, cuz they arent sure what to do, then we have the guys here that just have to clown on him/her.

Re: Help, Truck Release Does not work.
My fuel door release was broken ( one in the same with the trunk pop'r ) its pretty simple to open it up and with a little patience and some nuts'n'bolts I was able to fix it completly and I know it wont break again - the fuel door fix.com site is nice and their product looks good but I wanted something I knew would not break again. seriously it was under $3.00 in odd U-bolts and nuts to make it work and less then 20 min. and if I can do it; anyone can! ps sorry for writing a book. -K
