a\c clutch bad? maybe?

a\c clutch bad? maybe?
Hey guys, my Air conditoner is making a horrible grinding noise when it's off...when it's on it does make noise but it's nowhere near as bad. This leads me to believe it's the bearing in the clutch, but when i look on www.hondaautomotiveparts.com, i don't see the bearings even listed. am i right or do i have to buy an entire new compressor?
