1st is my low beams went out but i think i found the problem searching. about the recal for the 2001 headlights. but when i hit them they come back on. but when i turn them off they wont come back on. hope its the same problem will they still fix that problem for free?

2nd is i just changed my brakes 3 weeks ago, and they are already down to the metal i went to autozone and the guy told me the calipers are sticking cause of brake dust. and i need to buy new ones does that sound about right? sorry for the newb questions its just very irritateing i was thinking of trading it in but im hopeing these are easy fix's cause i really wanna keep it.
