Blower Motor

So I had a mouse problem. Trapped one in my car last week and went to investigate where they got in today. Pulled the glove box and then the cabin filters. Turns out they (hopefully just one) had built a sizable nest above the filters. When I pulled the filters out, some of the junk fell into the blower below. It now makes a noise when it runs. Any tips to cleaning it? I'm going to try and rig up a hose to my vacuum and snake it through the filter hole, but if that doesn't work I guess I will just have to pull the blower. Is this as tedious as it looks at first glance?

Thanks.

According to the manual the blower motor can be removed separate. It has 3 bolts that are visible from under passenger side.

You may be able to clean it out.
