replacing motor mount
replacing motor mount
Does anyone know where to find cheap motor mounts. I need to replace the motor mount that is located by the timing belt. And the metal arm thing is fine, its just the rubber that is cracked. Do they sell just those, i think there motor mount inserts and if so Where? thank you.

for the side mounts your pretty much stuck with OEM honda mounts. They do make inserts for the front/rear but they are poly so you feel much more engine vibration. the front and rears usually go before the sides so check those for cracking.

The rubber is molded into a metal bracket so yes the whole thing has to be replaced, The whole thing is a motor mount. This is for the Auto civic. if yours is manual there is another page for that

call car quest or any other parts store. I put in a motor mount in a 99 civic it was easy as hell. Just a few bolts and it came out. But idk if its the same as the 7th gens. Good luck i know car quest have em but idk for our cars.
