A/c, power locks and e-brake light malfunctioning!
A/c, power locks and e-brake light malfunctioning!
I did a search and found 1 person that this has happened to previously. He took it to the dealer and they said the under dash fuse box was crossed. So what needs to happen here? Should I replace the fuse box? This seems like a pretty crummy problem.
Any help is encouraged and appreciated.
Also, if I need to replace, where is the best place to buy this? Part number?
Thanks
Jamie

What exactly is your problem? Does the A/C not work or just the button light? Are the power locks not working on all the doors? Does the e-brake light not turn off or on?
A little more info would help a lot.

ac, power locks e-brake
The ac blows fine, but does not blow cold air. The e-brake light stays on, even though the emergency brake is not on. And the power locks do not work at all, weather you are using the keyless entry or inside the car. The only way I can lock/unlock is to use the key.
Thanks, Jamie

WELL....
I am only posting this for the next guy or girl that has this problem.
I usually frequent other boards and I get more help.
SO....
If your e-brake light comes on and stays on, your air conditioner stops blowing cold air, and your power locks and keyless entry quit working, then REPLACE THE UNDERDASH FUSE BOX.
I did this and all is well again.
Hope this helps someone in the future that uses the search function

Jamie
