problems with keyless entry

problems with keyless entry
yesterday i installed my flipout screen and after installing in, my keyless entry doesnt work. My lock button and dimm light when the door is open doesnt work either unless i have the key in the ignition. If someone has had this please email me or post need to fix problem, its very discomfort.
