hi i have a 04 vp that has been a great car up till now about 2 weeks ago i had to put a rad in the car after it over heated(got to the red line) well im driving it adn its all fine no water in the oil no nothing like that so im like no resone to worry about blowen head gasket, then im driving the car out to a camp site and notice theres so purty thick sand ahead so i jump on the gas as i go threw itand i make it all the way threw althow the car hit the rev limter 2 times as i was going threw, as i get out of the thick stuff the thing just dieslike its not getting gas and when i open the hood it poped the intake filter off the tube, so i try strating it again and get nothing its not even trying to start so i leave it for acouple of hours and enjoy the rest of my time there, i get it towed home, and start riping into it i did a compresion test and checked the injector pulsation i pulled the line off the rail and the pump is working i scaned it with a obd2 scaner and got no codes, i checked all fusses, it all checked out fine so now i dont know what to do could some one out there please help the cars only got 42K

i also checked for spark and im getting spark so im geting gas spark and compresion so the motor should start even if something was blown on it, it should atleast start right? im thinking ecu or a sensor some where

give the starter a tap with a hammer, i have a feeling thats what it is. Similar thing happend to me and i check wut u checked and it all came out fine, just give it a lil tap with a hammer and screwdriver. Mine started right up and i have not had anyproblems since.

the starters turning the motor over and every thing else seems to work fine but it just wont start

done came back fine plus theres no water in the oil just seems like alot of gas in the oil, but i already put new oil in it

Getting spark? Compression was even across the engine?

yes to both questions its really wierd i cant figure it out for nothing if i have comp,gas, and spark why is the motor not starting its really wierd
