passenger side blinker going way too fast

sometimes when i use my passenger side blinker it blinks hella fast, like a hyper blinker. i've had this problem before when i removed my CAI and i didnt tighten that bolt that grounds it so this was my first guess at the problem but that didnt help. then i thought maybe a bulb was out but both the front and back bulbs light up. it doesnt do it all the time though, only sometimes. and also sometimes when i'm driving around the blinker light on the gauge cluster will sometimes be lit up, only it looks really dim, and if i try to use the blinker when its dim looking, the blinker doesnt work. it also sometimes lights up when turning on my defroster/air...yeah you heard me right, what the hell is wrong?

well find your battery, then follow where the cable goes from the negative terminal to the car body. maybe it just needs to be sanded down. i did this on moms old accord and the flickering dome light problem went away. i know on my auto there are three wires. one to chassis under air intake inlet, another to the tranny, and another to the engine near the thermostat. all of my grounds are 4 gauge and tied to the battery separately.

yes, on the CAI (especially the injen CAI), there is that ground right by where the filter sits and the one that you disconnect when installing the lower piping of the injen CAI, that is the ground for the turn signal, and as gearbox said, more then likely it needs to be tightened or sanded down on the surface and re-tightened. But that ground has about 7-10 wires in it so you know which one too look for.
