Alright...

I did the "SRS Reset" thing...

The SRS light blinked 2 times, I turned the ignition off

reconnected that plug into the fuse

Still issues have been known when switching seats and the light refusing to go off.

Even swaping 2005 rsx seats to a 2002-2004 the srs light comes on and won't come off.

"If it does not work the first time try it again, the timing has to be perfect. My first time it took me 3 attempts before it worked, but it did work."

This phrase came straight from the link to the SRS reset. SO try it several more times and see if it works. like said, you may have the timing off when doing it.

I believe the persion mentioned "If it does not work the first time try it again, the timing has to be perfect"

at the fact of the whole 4 seconds on... off, on, ect

The SRS light blinked 2 times... So, I did it correct.
