Warrenty

ok my brakes seem a bit stiff when i press on them, like if i press on it slightly it would brake like it floored it well almost.. i bought it like a month ago

its a 02 civic lx coopue bought a 51,000km , so how long at the brakes on warrenty and am i covered cuz the finace guy was tryna sell me exteneded warrenty and i said nah its cool.. i got no mods its a stock civic will they say anythin

o man, you didn't get the 100k. dang. you should still have the dealership warranty that goes for about 3 years after you bought it. thats what i got and the 100k one too. and stiff brakes are not a bad thing. wtf?

check your brake fluid and pads.

and "warranty"'s are good till 36,000 miles i believe? not sure how that translate to KMs.

but if its under warranty, and assuming you still got warranty, im sure the dealership would say its normal because there idiots and dont want to deal with you since they arent getting paid. stiff brakes are normal. my sisters toyota brakes are real stiff after getting new pads and after tune-up with the brakes

well a few days ago i braked hard by accident thinkin i was drivin my dads car and the car slide like half a car length

In my 04, even if I try to, I can't lock up the tires from 40mph upwards. It really depends on the tires and surface, but overall since we don't have ABS, have yours checked so you don't goof up in case you get stressed up at some point and need to break fast.
