CEL after flywheel install
I installed a new ACT prolite flywheel (8.4 lbs) about 4 days ago and the CEL came on yesterday. I remember there was a thread about it a while ago but I searched and couldn't find it. So my first question is do the 7thgens have a knock sensor, if it does then that might be the problem due to more vibrations from the lighter flywheel. That is my theory. I really don't know what else it could be. If someone had the same problem how did you fix it if you did. Thanks

I chose to go with the 11.3 lb flywheel instead of the 8 lb. I have not had this problem. Did you install the flywheel or did you have it prof. installed? If so I would check with them to see if they can check the code for the CEL.
