Water problem!

I was wondering if you guys have had problems with water entering the cabin on the driver's side? I don't know where it is coming from! Is there any chance it could be coming from underneath the car? I ask that cuz 1 time i wasn't payin attention where i was jackin my car up and made a little hole in that stuff that covers the metal? Could that be the problem?
THanks for the help

as long as you lifted you car along the jack points (looks like rails) then you should be fine. the rubber stuff comes off even if you dont jack your car up. where is the water at? someone else was having a problem with water entering their drivers side floor and found out it was because his windsheild was leaking or something.

When do you realize water is coming in? If this only happens during rain, then your problem is the mouldings. If this happens on a sunny day and dry roads, then the drain hole in the bottom may be plugged or the ductwork cracked or broken.
