Rep Power: 0 Water Spots On Paint
Hey everyone, I have a question on how to get rid of these annoying water spots that are always on my car. No matter how much I wax it, when you look at my car from an angle, you can see these water spots all over it, mainly the flat surfaces like the trunk, roof, and hood, not the sides of the car. After I wax my car next time, if I use some polish, will that remove those spots? I have yet to use polish on my car for fear that I will ruin my paint job. On a second note, what is the proper way to polish a car. I heard from someone that you need to get a rag, wet it down and ring it out, and then apply the polish very thinly on the car? I would really appreciate your help!

Rep Power: 372 Next time you wash your car, clay your car. First you should wash, soap down and hose off your car like normal. Then soap up each panel, one at a time and clay that panel. Do the whole car and re wash with soap, and then hose off.
The clay bar treatment should get rid of those annoying water spots.
