Chips in the Paint

Chips in the Paint
Some guy rearended me on the highway and his bumper left 2 chips in my paint. Luckily, they are about half the size of a penny. I put touch up paint on and you can still see the chips.
Is there a filler or something I can use to fill in the chip and then touch up paint?????????
