wax biuld up

I have a black 2K1 civic coupe and on the sides of the car the paint is hazy. I was told it was wax biuld-up. If so ,how do I fix this problem!

Wash your car with Dawn or Palmolive.. That will strip the wax right off. After that I would suggest a good paint cleaner and then take a clay bar to the car.
