Rattling noise from passenger side?
I have noticed this horrible rattling noise on the passenger side. I usually only hear it when going over 45...it sounds like its coming from the bottom glove compartment? maybe dash? not sure?.....wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their coupe

Lots of Civics are known to have glove box rattles, leave the glove box open when driving, if the noise is gone then you know the glove box is the problem. Take it to the dealer, if its under warrenty they will fix it for free. These Civics are really bad with rattles, mine had a ton of them from the rear deck, dash cluster, door panel, and moonroof.

Hahahahahah.... ^^^^ Yeah!
Actually, I have a rattle also on the right side when I hit a bump. The problem is that I cannot seem to pinpoint it. It a clunk sound, like it's in the door, but I can't find it. Any ideas on that one? It's NOT the door panel.

Yes, the rattles are actually a feature to keep you alert while driving.
I did figure out the sunroof rattle, but I still have to take the headliner off to fix it. But the right side door or thereabouts rattle really bothers me.

Well, looks like I found my right side clunk. It was the glove box, to my surprise. I didn't think it could be that loud, but it was. I wrapped 2 turns of vinyl tape around the metal catch. Sure enough, no more "clunk" when I hit a bump. Go figure, and I assumed the worst. Dang, it's hard to find a rattle and drive at the same time... LOL
