CEL Check Engine Light on after intake install

Well ive got this funky intake, it looks like the iceman but pretty much its a really thick intake.

Here the story:
In order to install the thing i had to relocate the fuse box closer to the firewall its mounted vertically now. And for the huge intake to fit i had to move around the fuel wires a bit, There's one coming from the firewall and its covered with some black mesh (anyone know what im talking about?) well this one made a click when I pulled it down too far by mistake. Thats all i can think of thats making the CEL light on..Oh also before this i had the fuse box too low and it was interfering with the trassmission and it was hard to put it in reverse, 3rd, 4th, and 5th but that is fixed. Now I dont really know why the CEL is on. Any tips? Do i have to take it to honda.....I have to do a whole lot of **** if i have to take it back to honda...

the intake is huge, could the mass air flow be causing the CEL to turn on??

Can someone give me some troubleshooting to find out what the problem is? Ask me any questions that may help you help me...thanks guys (ive tried reseting the ECU, that didn 't work)

If i was you, I would ditch the intake and buy an aem! You shouldnt have to go through that much trouble just to install an intake.

You said fuel wire, were you talking about a fuel hose. Maybe you broke a vapor return line and thats why your throwing a check light. See if you can get someone to check your ECU for what code it's throwing. The honda dealer may or may not do it for you, otherwise your gonna have to find a shop which will be nice enough to scan the code for free or real cheap.

I believe you're thinking about the Maintnence Required light. Try disconnecting your battery for 30 minutes and then taking a drive that is at least 15 miles. After 20 ignition cycles (however long that is) the ECU will reset and check again. If this doesn't work then you will have to get it checked by someone with a scanner. Check all of your sensors again to make sure you didn't leave any unplugged. I did this several times when I had my stock airbox on and was showing people the throttle body bypass but after it would come on I would just be like **** and plug it back in. Before the end of the day it would go off.
