2013 ex cpe no power [solved]

Good morning all. Ok so my 2013 civic has 117000 miles on it. About 2 weeks ago it had no inside power so i pulled the battery and installed a new one. The cables are clean no rust or corrosion. It started and worked for about a week. I did have a problem with the driver window not wanting to roll up unless the car was running. I went to get in it the other day and no power onside no courtesy lights no dash lights nothing. Put the key in and turned it and still.nothing. No headlights no emergency flashers nothing. I checked the under dash fuse box and every fuse is good and has power and yes the main fuses are good. So under hood fuse box has power but under dash fuse box is completely dead. My original thought bcos if the window was that the ignition switch might be bad but since the inside fuse box is completely dead im baffled now.
Does the power go from the under hood fuse box to the ECU then inside of the car? Could the ECU be rhe problem? I dont know. Thanks for any help in advance.

Is the battery dead from an alternator that isn't charging?

Seems most power to the under-dash fuse box comes from fuse number 2 (50A or 80A) from the under-hood box, and then through the ignition switch. Some other circuits also come from the main 100A fuse in the under-hood box.

Battery and alternator are new and both are good. All the fuses under tge hood are good and have power including both the main fuses.

Wire chewed in half? Did you test the fuses? Or did you just look at them?

Yes i tested all the fuses one by one and all are good. Not seeing and chewed wires. I pulled the lower cover off thr steering column and checked the ignition switch and no power is coming in. No power to any underdash fuses.

So there's a common point where they all get power, follow the circuit back to that point

Problem found. Its was the main ground on the core support. It was only making contact of about a 1/16 of an inch. Cleaned the ground terminal and the core support ans wha la fixed.
