Exclamation 2008 Civic turn signal relay replacement

I am trying to locate the relay for the turn signal/hazard relay. The right front and back turn signals are blinking fast, all lights are working though. When the hazards are on they blink normally. Someone said it could be the relay but I can not find it under the hood or in the car's fuse area. Is it behind the cluster on a 2008? Any help would be very grateful! Thank You!

There is no relay that you can replace. It's all controlled by the MICU. Did you replace any bulbs recently? Flashing fast means it sees a low load on the circuit.
