Turn signals

A week ago I began having problems with my turn signals for my 2005 Civic EX 2 door. While sitting at a light, they would just turn off. I was told it was either a flasher or a relay. I found what appears to be my relay but I have Bo idea where a flasher is, much less how to determine which it is aside from replacing one at a time.

Any help is appreciated.

Re: Turn signals

The flasher relay is located in the under dash fuse box. It is held in by plastic clips on sides.

It is relay but also has electronics inside.

Have you tried the flashers to see if they stop also ??

Yeah the hazard flashers don't work either. I found the relay, it was a bitch to get out lol. AutoZone sold me a flasher (Blazer FL-34) but I don't know where
to install it, much less if it will fix the problem.

Re: Turn signals

If you got the right part they should be almost identical to each other.

All the components are contained inside the single flasher relay unit.
