No radio, no moonroof, and only driver door locks and unlocks by key
About 2 weeks ago we had to replace the battery in my 09 civic dx. Connection is tight and clean, has been tested a few times since replacing - water level has also been checked and that's good. Since then, our radio would disconnect as if the battery was disconnected, and we'd have to put the security code in. Today, the radio wouldn't turn on at all, and then we discovered the moonroof wouldn't work as well as locking/unlocking the passenger and back doors (key fob has been dead, we haven't replaced battery lmao). We checked all the fuses - even the Backup fuse, and none were blown. Replaced just to check and still nothing. Any suggestions?

You're going to have to pick one issue to focus on. Remove the radio and use a meter to start checking battery/ground.
