Brake lights stay on when fog lights are on

Hello people of the internet, i pose a problem that maybe you have the answers too… i have a 2009 honda civic LX-S, that seems it have an electrical issue… everytime i turn my headlights on my brake lights stay on, as if i were somehow riding my brake while i am driving, the previous owner before me out ina. new radio and speakers, i’ve tried disconnecting the speakers and radio but still have this problem, does anyone have a clue what could be wrong?

bad installation... could be damaged wires or crossed

See if there's an additional wire spliced into the brake light switch
