Ambers Come on while braking

Ambers Come on while braking
Hi there, Title says it all. My ambers come on when on my brakes, all lights in off posistion. All turn signals front and rear work. Instrument lights also blink when on my brakes. Not sure what this could be but any advise would be great. This only happens when the lights are switched to off. IN the middle posistion and lights on posistion no problem.
Any advise where I should start trouble shooting ?

Wrong bulb(s) in the brake light(s).
Single filament bulb was installed where a dual filament should have been. Either or both sides.
It's now bridging the circuit between brake and park.

Now that you mention that, I have seen it a couple times......I believe right after an impact or crash.
