My right headlight has been going on and off for many months. (I have a 2015 Civic.) Got the bulb replaced at one dealership, but then had to go back to get it fixed. They said everything seemed fine and that the light was back on. Light goes out again, so I take it to a different dealer twice (bulb kept going out.) They said they examined it and nothing is wrong. My light keeps going out...I need this fixed for inspection, but no one can give me a solution. I feel like the first dealership did something to it hence this issue. I am open to any answers or ideas.

if the bulb wire is still intact, then the wiring have issues, pull it out and inspect
