Angry 2006 honda civic ex coupe

My honda has had MANY electrical problems
sunroof and windows stopped.. fuse
headlights flashing.. 3 sets in 1 yr
NOW MY RADIO WENT OUT AND ITS THE WIRING HARNESS TO THE BACK OF THE FACTORY RADIO AND ITS SEEMS
TO BE THE WHITE 12V CONTINUOUS WIRE IT HAS NO POWER, PLUS IT TOOK MY AUTO DOOR LOCKS OUT, MY AUTO WINDOWS
OUT AND ITS DIMMING MY INTERIOR LIGHTS AND RESETTING MY MILEAGE!!
I HAVE CHECKED ALL THE FUSE'S AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE WHITE 12V CONTINUOUS WIRE FUSE GOES BECAUSE THE WIRE IS GETTING NO
POWER!!
IM ACTUALLY GOING TO TAKE IT TO HONDA BUT I HATE TO PAY ALOT FOR A FUSE REPLACEMENT AND NOBODY WILL TOUCH IT!
NO AUDIO PLACE, NOBODY!! SO I HAVE PROBLEMS!!
IT BASICALLY NEEDS A NEW WIRING HARNESS BUT I ALREADY KNOW THE MAIN WIRE HAS NO POWER AND ALL I WANT IS MY FACTORY STEREO BACK
AND THE AUTO DOOR LOCKS ETC.. IM ACTUALLY TO THE POINT WHERE IM HATING THIS CAR.

The white wire comes from fuse 23 (10 amp) in the under-hood fuse box.
