Bought a used civic few months back and I just noticed this. If you look at the following page, 5th last image shows how the low beam should be

but in my case its different
When I turn on Low Beam:

These bulbs do not have any cover on top of them.

When I turn on High Beam:

These bulbs have a cover on its top

I have verified the electric connectors and they seem to be fine as per youtube videos, the blue connector connects to where high beam should be and white connector connects to where low beam should be. Yet when I switch on low beam there is light coming from the other bulb, and when I switch on high beam it comes from the low beam.
