dust shield replacement
dust shield replacement
been hearing some faint noise from my front side turns out my dust shield has rotet away and is atached loosely on. do i have to take off the wheel hub or can i just follow this guys directions.??

Great Video.! That's Actually a great idea to do but i dont think it will work on star type screws that can easily be stripped from rust Why Honda didnt use bolts to hold it in place? there counting there pennies and Nickels On the assembly line is my answere to that,
to properly replace it wheel bearing has to come off. or If the piece aint too big You might be able to
Just Cut the loose part off using some kind of Rotary tool with a small wheell on the end. its spring right now where we are. i dont think it will harm anything for the time being however come winter months definatley get'r Fixed.

the loose portion is less than half of all its shield size together, so.. for now takeing off wheell bearing is too much work to do come warmer hot days im gonna try cutting it. Thanks
